Noka is not the product of a trend report. It comes from my own search for a quieter, more grounded life—one with generous space, honest materials, real food and time for family.
After more than two decades in real estate and building CoFynd across India, I wanted to create a complete world around that life: land, water, biodiversity, wellness, hospitality and homes that belong gently within it.
The Sanctuary became the first proof of Noka—not the limit of its ambition. It expresses self-funded conviction, patient stewardship and a promise to let nature remain the most valuable thing here.
